Tarred Fabric is an advanced textile produced at the Tanning Rig by treating Linen Fabric with Tar. The tarring process waterproofs and toughens the cloth, creating a material suitable for high-end armor and equipment. It sits at the top of the fabric progression chain in Windrose.

Craft Tarred Fabric at the Tanning Rig using 1 Linen Fabric and 1 Tar. Linen Fabric comes from the Spinning Wheel (3 Flax Fiber), and Tar is gathered from Swamp biomes.
