Active Reloading is the manual reload you trigger during combat, and reducing its duration directly translates to more uptime on your weapons. In fast-paced encounters where enemies are closing distance or multiple threats demand rapid target switching, Quick Hand ensures your gun is ready when you need it most.

Quick Hand forms a natural pairing with Planning Ahead, which handles passive reload speed. Together, these two talents eliminate reload downtime almost entirely, allowing you to maintain a relentless cadence of fire. This combination is particularly effective with Bulletstorm, which rewards consecutive hits with stacking damage bonuses. Every second saved on reloads is another opportunity to maintain your Bulletstorm stacks and keep your damage output climbing. Pistol builds, which chew through ammunition quickly, benefit enormously from this synergy.

For build advice, Quick Hand is highly recommended for aggressive, mid-range Marksman builds that prioritize sustained fire over single devastating shots. Sniper-oriented players who invest heavily in Sniper's Focus may find less value here, since they spend more time aiming than reloading. However, even sniper builds should consider at least one rank for those moments when repositioning forces a manual reload under pressure.
