In Windrose, most enemies have clearly defined weak points, and players who can consistently land shots on these areas will find Bull's Eye to be one of the most impactful early talents in the entire Marksman tree. At max rank, a 20% damage increase on critical hits transforms careful aim into a decisive tactical advantage.

This talent synergizes powerfully with Sniper's Focus, which grants escalating damage while aiming down sights. The natural playstyle encouraged by both talents is the same: take your time, aim carefully, and deliver devastating hits to enemy weak points. Musket users benefit especially, since the weapon's high per-shot damage means the percentage bonus from Bull's Eye translates into large absolute numbers. Pair this with Deep Impact's pierce bonus and Extended Reach's distance scaling for a long-range build that can drop priority targets before they ever close the gap.

For build recommendations, Bull's Eye is a must-have for sniper-oriented Marksman builds and a strong pickup for general-purpose ranged builds as well. Players who struggle with consistent headshots may find Muzzle Reach or Bulletstorm more immediately rewarding, but the ceiling on Bull's Eye is considerably higher. Consider equipping the Marksman's Rig armor set to further amplify your ranged output, and invest in the Precision attribute if available to make critical spot targeting more forgiving. At Tier 0, the point investment is minimal, so even players uncertain about their accuracy should pick up at least one rank.
