Each crocodile defeated has a chance to drop its tail as a butcherable resource.

This exotic meat is used in three distinct recipes: Tamale, Seasoned Crocodile Meat, and Crocodile Meat with Swamp Sauce. These dishes tend to offer strong nourishment and combat-relevant buffs, rewarding players who brave the dangers of crocodile-infested waters.

Crocodile hunting is best approached with good equipment and awareness of your surroundings, as these creatures often inhabit areas with other threats. Collecting Crocodile Tails during swamp expeditions is efficient, since the same biome yields other valuable resources like Bromeliad and Plague Wood.
