Upgrading Station

The Upgrading Station is a specialized crafting station used to improve the stats of weapons, armor, tools, and bags. Rather than crafting new items from scratch, this station lets you invest materials into existing gear to raise its effectiveness. It is a critical part of any progression-focused base layout.

Each upgrade tier requires increasingly rare materials, so plan your resource gathering accordingly. Prioritize upgrading your chest armor for the largest defense gains, your primary weapon for damage output, and your tools for faster harvesting. Bags can also be upgraded here to increase carry capacity, which directly impacts how efficiently you can gather and transport resources.

Build the Upgrading Station early and place it near your Workbench and Smelting Furnace for convenient access to processed materials. As you progress into Rare-tier gear from sets like Conquistador's Armor or Privateer's Regalia, regular visits to this station will be essential for keeping your equipment competitive with the rising difficulty of enemies and content.
