Disassembly Bench

The Disassembly Bench allows you to break down unwanted gear and equipment, returning 100% of the crafting materials used to make them. This makes it an invaluable station for recycling outdated weapons, armor, and tools without any resource loss. Every well-organized base should include one.

As you progress through armor sets and weapon tiers, old equipment quickly accumulates. Rather than letting it clutter your storage, feed it into the Disassembly Bench to recover the full material investment. This is especially useful when transitioning from Uncommon Survivor's Outfit pieces to Rare set armor, since you can reclaim all the materials and redirect them toward your new gear.

Place the Disassembly Bench near your storage chests and other crafting stations for a smooth workflow. The 100% return rate means there is no penalty for experimenting with different builds and weapons; you can always recoup your investment and try something new. This station pairs well with the Upgrading Station and Weaponsmith as part of a centralized crafting hub.
