Stitches and Rum pairs exceptionally well with You Will Answer for This, which generates Temporal Health when you take damage. While Temporal Health itself may not be classified as healing, the talent ensures that any actual health restoration you receive between Temporal Health buffers is amplified. Combined with Pain Tolerance, which increases damage reduction at low health, you create a character who is hard to finish off: damage reduction slows incoming damage, Temporal Health absorbs spikes, and enhanced healing quickly recovers real health during any brief respite.
