Quick Strikes is a Tier 1 Fencer talent that provides a flat 2%, 4%, or 6% damage increase for all one-handed weapons. Unlike Deep Cuts, which specifically boosts slash damage, Quick Strikes applies to every type of damage dealt by a one-handed weapon, including thrust and blunt variants. This universality makes it a versatile choice for Fencer builds that might diversify their weapon selection beyond pure slash-focused sabers, though it remains equally powerful when stacked on top of slash-specific bonuses.

The value of Quick Strikes becomes apparent when layered with the Fencer branch's other damage amplifiers. Deep Cuts at Tier 0 adds slash-specific damage, and Quick Strikes stacks on top as a separate multiplier for total weapon output. This means a fully invested Fencer with both talents at rank 3 enjoys 9% bonus slash damage and 6% bonus weapon damage simultaneously, creating a compounding effect that makes each strike noticeably harder-hitting.
